Woke to another beautiful morning, our last in Port Lincoln, today! Opened the van door & look out over the water at an aqua & apricot sky, just before the sun crept over the horizon. Very pretty!

The temperature when we left at 8.30am this morning was 17 deg, about the same as the maximum temp a few days ago. By the time we arrived in Port Augusta it was 30deg, too hot, too quickly! Had to change into summer clothes, open all the windows & curtains, take the doona off the bed [for the first time in 6 weeks] & find the summer PJ's! Off to bed with windows open & only a sheet over us.
